ARDEE TOWN CENTRE MASTERPLAN
Redevelopment of a vacant industrial site in the ‘town centre’ zone of Ardee. The area links Bridge Street to the retirement village, bridging the gap between the two and offering the opportunity to open up the pedestrian route along the River Dee, linking up to the existing paths either side of the site. The scheme seeks to create a public plaza with retail and hospitality facilities in order to turn this brownfield area into a trendy auxiliary town centre.
